In March 2022, Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) rescinded its proof of vaccination and active screening requirements in regards to COVID-19. Currently, there are no plans to reinstate these requirements.
The NMHA would like to emphasize that all programs, regardless of level, are ultimately required to adhere to all public health, municipal/provincial and facility policies and directives in regards to Covid-19.
Please remember, hockey operates within the larger community and as such restrictions may be imposed by various entities (ex. government, public health unit(s), facilities, municipalities/provinces, etc.) and/or HEO itself.
