- Proceed to our registration page.
- Click on Register Now and follow the steps required.
You will need to upload the following documents during online registration:
- Proof of Birth (birth certificate, passport, statement of live birth); and
- Proof of Residence (redacted lease or purchase agreement, hydro or other utility bills, etc.)
Online registration requires a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or debit card (Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit). Online registration allows the user to spread payments over three months, with an initial deposit of 50% and then 3 equal payments on and September 1, October 1, and November 1, charged automatically to the same card.
In-person at the Hockey Office
- Complete the information on the Registration and Waiver form and sign the waiver provided.
- You will also need to provide:
- Proof of Birth (birth certificate, passport, statement of live birth); and
- Proof of Residence (redacted lease or purchase agreement, hydro or other utility bills, etc.)
Once a file has been created for the player, you will then be contacted to complete the online registration and payment, and accept the additional waivers.
Please note that the proof of birth and proof of residency will be used for verification purposes only and will not be retained in our records.
The NMHA Office accepts payment by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Interac debit card, cash, or money order. Cheques will not be accepted. An installment plan is offered, with an initial deposit of 50% and then 3 equal payments on September 1, October 1, and November 1.

Competitive Tryout Registration
Players can register for tryouts using the same options described above. Withdrawals are subject to our refund policy.
