Hockey Eastern Ontario Rules of the Week are back for a third season!

The following utube video links are from a HEO initiative being presented by HEO assistant Referee-in-Chief Sean Tobin and recommended to us by our own District Referee-in-Chief Fred Cosgrove.

These educational videos explain various Hockey Canada Rules of the game so everyone can understand what is involved in the rule and how our officials are to assess penalties based on the severity of the infraction.

Each week we will be adding the latest video of the series as they become available. This will be a great tool for everyone involved in the game whether it be players, coaches, parents, current referees or perhaps aspiring referees to better understand the many rules of our game and how they are applied.
