NMHA Annual General Meeting
May 15 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
The Nepean Minor Hockey Association will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2025, at the Walter Baker Café from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Below is a summary of the board positions up for election for the 2025-26 season. Any board member appointed to a 1-year term must run for election.
All nominations must be submitted in writing to Ingrid Meza-McDonald at [email protected] no later than Friday, April 25, 2025. Nominations cannot be made in person during the AGM. For additional requirements for each Board role, please refer to the NMHA ByLaws: NMHA ByLaws 2024.
NMHA registered members will be entitled to one (1) vote at the AGM on May 15, 2025. Proxy voting is not permitted at any NMHA meeting, and members are required to be present.
The following Board or Director positions will be up for election at the AGM on May 15, 2025 for a 2-year term:
• Vice President, Programs and Development
• Vice President, Finance
• Director, Risk and Safety
• Director, Competitive U13 – U18
• Director, House U7 – U13
• Director, House U15 – U21
The following members were elected to the Board of Directors to serve a 2‐year term and are not up for election:
• President – Ingrid Meza-McDonald
• Vice President, Administration – Jessica Kingsbury
• Vice President, Operations – Scott Dawson
• Director, Competitive U9 – U12 – Jeff Pollard
