Body Checking removed from Peewee at all levels across Canada

At the May 2013 Annual General Meeting for Hockey Canada the Board of Directors voted overwhelmingly in favour of eliminating body checking for all Peewee players.

The Canada-wide ban begins with the 2013-2014 season. This rule change affects all leagues governed by Hockey Canada which includes all leagues in the HEO Minor.
