Volunteering with the NMHA this year? All volunteers working directly with the players will need to have a Police Record Check completed. Police Record checks expire after 3 years so if you are unsure if you need to complete this again, please contact Karen Russell at

PRC application processing day is Saturday, October 5th, 2013 at the NMHA Office - Walter Baker Sports Centre in Barrhaven, 100 Malvern Drive, 2nd floor beside the elevator. Ottawa Police Services staff will be on hand to process your PRC application at that time. No pre-registration needed.

Please bring the completed form(s) along with 2 pieces of original identification (see list below) between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm to have your PRC application submitted.

The Ottawa Police Service has also requested that you bring a photocopy of your ID - it will speed up the process for all involved.
